Repeat Prescriptions green_pill_spill

Please allow two full working days between requesting and collecting your medication.

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways. Eligible patients should bear in mind that it is your responsibility to re-order medicines before your supply runs out. If you forget to renew your prescription we may not be able to rectify the situation immediately.

Whenever possible, in order to minimise the risk of error, you should use the right hand side of your prescription to order your next supply of medicines. Tick on the items you require and leave the request slip at reception or the pharmacy of your choice. You can post your request to the surgery but please remember to include a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.

Alternatively you can order online by following the link at the top of this page and carrying out a simple registration.

Please note you cannot order your repeat prescription over the telephone.

You can also arrange for your prescriptions to be collected and prepared for collection by a local pharmacy of your choice by prior arrangement with them. If you are housebound, a delivery service is available from the pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
