Medication Review

A medication review will be performed at least annually or 6 monthly. It is important to review medication regularly to make sure it is effective and will benefit you. This will involve a face-to-face appointment with a doctor or nurse or a telephone consultation. After the appointment a new review date will be recorded. If you exceed your review date you may find that the quantity of your medication is reduced to 2 weeks.
